Felted Fabrics
National Nonwovens fabricates only the highest quality felt with sophisticated fiber

is water resistant, extremely moldable, and has excellent seam strength. |
FTW007 & FTW010 |
Box-toe liner gluing substrate
Extremely durable material with many advanced features, including water repellency and
solvent resistant. These substrates are easy to cut and shape and can be engineered for
various hand characteristics. FTW007 is especially effective for heavier applications. |
FTW012 |
FTW012 - Fire retardant boot liner
Fire retardant boot liner, constructed using an innovative wool fiber blend, is the
perfect material for fire fighter boots. Inherent properties of material absorb moisture
and act as a supreme heat insulator compared to products made with synthetic materials
that burn and melt. FTW012 is engineered for strength, flexibility, and resiliency. |
TBOT61 |
Advanced fishing/wading boot sole component
The highly developed features of this style provide specialized performance in
sporting good footwear, specifically fishing/wading boots. Anti-skid properties prevent

TTEX01 |
TEXUR® - Counter pocket (heel) and vamp (tongue)

GLV001 is an economical style for fashion and
sporting good applications. Material is soft and dimensionally stable. It is easy to cut
and fashion, and provides good insulation and cushioning. |
GLV004 |
Highly specialized for Industrial and Commercial gloves
This style has amazing heat insulating
properties. It is engineered with an innovative blend of wool and polyester to provide
vital heat protection in complex glove structures such as oven mitts and fire protection
gloves. This material is engineered to meet requirements of NSF class II dry insulation;
passing conductive heat test at 450º F. |
CBS001 |
Glove
material designed for optimum protection
This revolutionary proTechtor® material is engineered for dispersion, absorption, and containment
against harmful forces including heat, fire, and severe abrasion.
Material is lightweight, drapeable, strong, and maintains properties when cut. It is also flame retardant with
excellent thermal insulation. |
CIC002 |
High
Temperature Glove lining
This material is designed to protect hands against extremely high temperatures. The fibers
are effectively engineered not to melt or burn, making it the perfect lining in fire
fighting gloves. The unique fiber blend of CIC002 also provides excellent properties for
hunting glove linings. |

Interlinings
Designed for optimum shape retention, dimensional stability, and durability. These
diverse products are engineered with a random web orientation for a more uniform and
resilient interlining. They are washable, dry-cleanable, and compatible with
fused substrates. Custom features are available including fire retardant and water
repellant treatments.

stiff interlining perfect for shirt cuffs, collars, lapels, pocket flaps, and waist bands.
Other applications include embroidery backing and button holes. Material is easily
die-cut, sewed, and is engineered to be compatible with fusible substrates. INT001 is also
pliable and dimensionally stable. |
INT008 |
An
adaptable style with a medium soft hand. INT008 is ideal for light-weight fabrics
including men's and women's blouse collars, fly areas, and skirt vents. Customize with
many types of treatments including flame retardancy and water repellency. |
INT012 |
Substantial
interlinings for heavy apparel applications including formal wear, graduation gowns,
uniforms, waistbands, and hat rims. INT012 is pliable and has a medium hand. It is easy to
die-cut, sew, and shape while remaining dimensionally stable. |

SHP008 |
Chemically bonded
for increased stiffness and "memory" capabilities. This lightweight material
will retain its shape and provide a smooth, uniform surface. SHP008 is especially
effective when used as an inner layer. |
SHP013 |
Engineered with a
unique fiber blend and substrate for added resiliency. This low density material has
excellent shape retention with high tensile and seam strength. Although SHP013 is
versatile, it is especially effective as a top layer in the shoulder pad construction. |
SHP017 |
A resilient and
drapeable, lightweight material that is a perfect compliment to overall shoulder pad
construction when a thin layer is desired. |
SHP018 |
Unique substrate
composition results in a stiffer, thicker material perfect for heavier formal applications
such as graduation gowns and uniforms. SHP018 has excellent stitch strength and an optical
opacity which maintains color vibrancy and will not yellow when dry-cleaned. |
SHP021 |
This exceptional
material has tremendous elasticity. Polyester foam substrate allows for remarkable
stretching in all directions while retaining resiliency. Material is perfect for delicate
fashions where pad must flow with garment. |
SHP023 |
Engineered with a
unique coarse fiber blend providing excellent resiliency and stability. Increased padding
ensures that material will withstand extreme pressure without collapsing while keeping its
shape longer. |
SHP026 |
Fine denier
construction creates a material with a gentle, subtle touch and extremely soft hand. The
smooth surface of this thin material makes it perfect for both outside and inside layers. |
