We evolved from a commodity manufacturer to a specialty producer of highly technical products by building upon our core competencies with advanced manufacturing and technical capabilities.

Capabilities include both air-laid and carded cross-laid web forming with chemical bond, composites, felted wool, needlepunch, lamination, and thermo-bond constructions. New production lines offer fully equipped state-of-the-art electronics to effectively control temperature, humidity, dusting, and contamination – necessary requirements for the medical industry.

National Nonwovens expertly engineers and manufactures leading-edge materials using the high-performance fibers necessary in emerging technical markets such as the Aerospace Industry and advanced filtration market niches. Our expansive fiber processing capabilities also include a wide array of traditional natural fibers and modern synthetic fibers.

Our post-treatment capabilities are equally impressive. Standard post-treatment capabilities include dying, chemical bonding, laminations, in-line slitting, die-cutting, state-of-the-art precision cutting, and assembly. Customized treatments and processing are fully supported by National Nonwovens’ process engineers and quality control, including complete chemical profiling of all materials. Integrated research capabilities and a full-scale testing facility ensures that the development of proprietary materials meet all requirements.
