Styles: IND001 • SFP001 • SFP002 • SFP003            

IND001.  Advanced engineering and innovative fiber blends result in economical SAE wool felt alternatives while maintaining many crucial characteristics:

  • High tensile and split strength

  • Advanced die-cutting capability

  • Extremely resilient

  • Thickness retention

SFP001 • SFP002 • SFP003.  Engineered as a low cost product alternative to SAE wool felts when high wool content is not required.  Products have many of the same qualities as their SAE counterparts because of a unique processing system.

  • Excellent thickness retention

  • Capable of being die-cut

  • Recommended for vibration pads, gaskets, spacers, and wicking

GAS001. Stable substrate is designed to be impregnated with sealant and adhesive.

  • Easily die cut

  • Does not absorb water

  • Easily compressed to ensure an excellent seal 

  • Stable up to 300 degrees for prolonged period of time

  • Resists mildew growth

  • Excellent wet strength

GAS002. Designed for commercial and residential driers.

  • Soft and shapeable

  • Extremely resilient   

  • High permeability for optimum lint and dust retention

GAS004.  Heavy duty gasket material for industrial uses.

  • Extremely stable with high tensile and compressive strength

  • High permeability allowing high volume air flow  

  • Textured surface captures and retains lint

GAS005.  Designed for environments with high fluid pressures. 

  • Prevents failure due to excessive elongation

  • Provides excellent shear and Mullen burst strength

GAS007.  An excellent gasket, vibration, and oil absorption pad for large compression areas.

  • Absorbs oil

  • Soft and resilient

  • Excellent split resistance

  • Easy to die cut

  • Cost effective when replacing SAE felts

 GAS008.  Heat resistant gaskets designed for inkjet and laser printers. 

  • Resists penetration and absorption of oil and water

  • Minimal off gassing, even at high temperatures

  • Stable up to 500 degrees F.


High Performance LinersStyles: LIN001 • LIN002

LIN001.  Designed for demanding environments where advanced engineering is required to protect tools, tool boxes, and work shelves.

  • Absorbs oil and water

  • Attractive - available in many colors

  • Excellent abrasion resistance

  • Does not break down like foams

  • Exceptional tear strength

LIN002.  Cost effective lining, designed with a unique fiber blend that maintains an uncompromising integrity.

Press Buck PadsStyle: PBK001 

Engineered to provide maximum padding and resiliency for commercial press bucks.  Innovative design ensures uniform application of heat, moisture, and pressure to even the most delicate of fabrics.

Vibration PadsStyles: VIB001 • VIB003 • VIB006 • TVIB13

VIB001.  A dense needled pad engineered to resists tearing, fraying, pilling, and delamination, designed for insulation and isolation of compressor coils, reducing noise and extending coil life.

  • High strength and modulus

  • Very flexible

  • Capable of being effectively die-cut

  • Will not decompose in water

VIB003.  Vibration dampening pads and strain isolators for a multitude of applications including compressor cooling coils.  Pads are especially beneficial in the aerospace and automotive industries where quality and performance are crucial.

  • Low Density

  • Extremely Soft

  • Machineable and moldable

  • Highly resilient

VIB006.  A low density pad with inherent resistance to low cycle fatigue.  Excellent padding for high traffic areas, equestrian blankets, seat cushions, or tumbling mats with low density in extreme conditions.

TVIB13.   Needlepunched wool pads that meet or exceed SAE F-13 & CF206G specifications, providing consistent performance with the unique attributes of wool fiber.

Wicking FeltsStyle:   WCK001 • WCK002

Unique wicking materials that can be cut, shaped, or machined to exacting dimensions.  Super stable.  Wicks resist swelling, linting, and distortion.

Engineered for superb omni-directional wicking, National Nonwovens wicking felts can absorb and retain many times their weight of many viscosities and grades of oil, making them excellent reservoirs capable of pinpoint delivery of lubrications. 


Industrial WrappingStyle: WRP001 • WRP002

Superior quality wrapping material used for binding edges of carpets, woven mats, and vinyl laminates. Excellent abrasion resistance, fiber entanglement, and dimensional stability make this style a superior anti-squeak material reducing noise by eliminating friction between plastic components. Enhancement with flame retardants, water repellents, and lubricants are available to meet SAE specifications or OEM automotive requirements. 

  • Engineered for high strength and minimal elongation

  • Excellent tear resistance and seam strength

  • Maintains a soft, drapeable hand
